Michal paprašė parašyti ką nors apie training’ą angliškai, taigi… copy-paste:

Thursday afternoon. 30 minutes on
the road up and down the hills and I am in Sivec. Our hotel meets me by big windows facing the Ružin lake, surrounded by dark
mountains.
Fresh light green leafs and small yellow flowers play with the sun. Spring. The smell of wet grass, soft cool wind coming from the
mountains, the water shining in the sun. I love it here.

Next morning I
spend drinking my kavas with Michal and
reading Bridget Jones Diary. Soon
after 11 a.m.
arrive the first participants of the Training
for Trainers
(2): Jana, Erika, Eva from our RCM and others. After an hour all our team is full, having their
lunch in a big light room round long table.

Training is
leaded by Michal and Tibor. It starts with getting
to know each other
games as usually. As most of the people already know
each other names now it goes with surnames as well. Hrrrrr…. How can I remember
their surnames if I even can’t manage with names? Anyway, I am trying to do my best. Later on we go outside for the Sheep
game
. All people have their
eyes covered and put in different places. Then Michal took the scarf
off one girl’s eyes – she is the o only person that is able to see. Her task is to
gather everybody to one place without talking. The only way to communicate is
to clap or to ‘memeee’. There is
where I had lots of fun, seeing blinded people walking around, and the poor
girl standing alone and shouting: “meee, mee-eeee”!…

Sunday morning.
Bags already packed, last part is taken outside: the group is filling the questionnaire
about the training (I guess). Everybody look a bit sleepy and tired after so
many workshops and discussions or just because of late evening chats in the bar.
Anyway, yesterday evening was great. The group was playing stimulation game
called DVOR together with youth group
that was having seminar here as well. The purpose of the game was to teach
youth about the communism in non-formal way and to raise the revolution. After
being killed by light, going through different administrative, investigation
and torture rooms, youth finally
managed to make revolution by stealing the light. Long emotional discussion
followed the game, finally ending it with loud applauses.
